She is annoyed because she cannot gain any mass, her main concern are her legs. She can eat whatever and as much of with adding anything. Any workouts or foods that may help her with her concerns. She would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

She just needs to eat even more, plain and simple. Squats and lunges will build muscle on her legs but without enough food nothing will work.
And I learned the hard way but she needs to get enough sleep! You can not beat it for muscle growth.

thanx......the sllep thing could be the problem. she works full time, school 2 days a week after work. and we have to kids. between work, school, home work, and kids,she is deffinitely deprived of sleep

Sometimes, women tend to overestimate the amount they eat. Is she tracking macros to make sure she's getting enough??
