I just found out I'm going on Spring Break. I leave on Monday. Go ahead and laugh at me now, because even I'm laughing at myself. Everyone here as been dieting for SB for months. I have a few days..At the moment I'm 20 years old. 5 foot 6 inches. 133 pounds...with breast implants ( no joke) no idea how much those weigh. I used to work out religiously but havent for awhile, my arms and legs are still toned but my stomach isnt right. I'm not fat but I want to be able to come home with some decent pictures in a bikini. I'm willing to cut out a lot of food but I dont want to starve and pass out or something horrible. Whats the best course of action. Maybe a modified contest diet. Common sense tells me this isnt possible. But who knows...thanks!

someone had to cancel. so i booked my flight...2 hours ago. Didnt think it was possible either. But who knows, since I've been boozing at school I've lost 10 pounds..so maybe i'll drop more before break is over...sad but true.

boozing isn't a healthy weight loss

I know you'll probably be in college for a few more years yet but when you get out and the partying stops all that weight is gonna come straight back on because your eating habits are so wrong and you get little to no exercise because you were already thin and thought you didn't need it (this is what happened to me)

it's better just to tell yourself it's not going happen this summer but I am going to start getting fit and health now ready for next year

oh yeah I know it isnt healthy. Just confused why all my friends are getting fat and everyone talks about all the calories in drinks and here I am always the same weight but recently started to lose even though I'm drinking more. I dont understand that. I havent changed my eating habits at all, if anything I eat more. Odd. Should I drop carbs for the next few days? I love carbs... :( I just need something to make my stomach look leaner in photos.

Sad but true indeed, I know I'm not a female, but I feel safe interjecting when I say that ther's no such thing as a "spring break" modification to a diet.... you've either been dieting or you haven't been!
Either stick with your diet and see results...

or....

go out, have fun and THEN, if you're still serious, come back and get dedicated!

some people just react differently to booze especially if you have been out partying a lot and not standing still

as Mike said either you did or didn't

cutting carbs will help reduce the bloat - drink more water too

but you really do need to make a decision about what you want - as Mike said go have fun then come back and see how you feel

haha I feel like I should always be bikini ready. I hate surprises! My complex gives us free membership to the cardinal fintess 4 floors below me...oops... I guess no better reason than to start now.I just get so fitness obsessed for 3 months, then I hardly see results so I quit. But I want to stick with it while I'm still young. Thanks guys!
