Callout to the MODS!

We are in a dire need of a "Pro-hormone/designer steroid" section and have been for a long time. I am tired of having requests go unanswered! There is too much sifting and searching (apparently) for people running a PS/PH cycle and not finding the appropriate information. Of course there is information in abundance, but too many people are having trouble getting to the root of their questions. I am PM'd constantly for advice and I'm happy to respond to questions because I like to help and inform, but there is an abundance of ignorance floating around and questions going un-answered due to huge amount of threads and conflicting info. I try along with many other knowledgeable members to my best ability to help those who are in need of guidance or help.

To better educate the majority of members on this forum, there needs to be a central location for people with common questions and answers at their fingertips without the need for DEEP digging along with sticky worthy threads for easy answers. A better informed person looking to take a PH will have less ignorant questions that we get on a daily basis pertaining to PCT, is this a steroid, can I stack this?? and give them an opportunity to have knowledge of a PH. Having most of these questions answered in a central location can give people the chance to form a better question and cut down on repetitiveness.

Please, join me in the fight for a PH section and better inform our board members and promote safety. We must all express our need for this section so the mods will do something.

Jud.

This is a link to the poll where well over 300 votes have been in favor of a pro-hormone section. PH POLL

I believe that this section would cut down on the use of these compounds in teens, and stop their improper use by anyone that logs onto bodybuilding.com. Giving the forum this section would be a big step in the right direction of promoting safety.

I have suggested the title for the section O.T.C. (over the counter). I would like to suggest that we keep a couple of moderators over the section to keep things in order and stickie threads that are very informative and give the right intformation pertaining to PCT and other topics that relate. PCT is a big issue among the members of this forum and guys having touble trying to find correct information that does not conflict or information that is correct.
As someone who studies steroids on a regular basis and their effects, I'm shocked that so many forum members have little knowledge as to what they are putting in their body. Many dont even know most are steroids, and justify their use because they're called a 'prohormone.'

Please help get rid of ignorance and promote safety.

Jud.

It's only a matter of time before it happens. Hopefully sooner than later.

Hopefully... I just find it a little odd that there has been ZERO mods commenting. Maybe the vacation will end sometime soon.

I voted yes, however I do feel that it shouldn't directly be called a "Pro Hormone section" per say. A board this big has many many people looking at it, some of whom may love to get all those compounds out in the public eye even more so then they already are. They are in a very grey area right now. Something along the lines of "Designer compounds" or maybe even "21+ supplements" may be a little safer title for the forum. Just throwing those out there, and good job on making the poll and trying to get this all done!

This is where O.T.C. comes into play... not too much information, but just enough.

Ah, somehow I overlooked that... that is a perfect title for the board. It can even be somewhat hidden along with the steroids section under IFBB for all I care to keep it away from kids. It is just something that needs to be done.

Bump. I'm no PH user myself, but I would like to see one created as a subforum - so these threads start get shuttled into an appropriate area to find the information needed. Excessively poor literature/documentation has already made an involved topic confounding enough for people - an OTC section would serve as a base location for people to start comprehending and digesting the vast (and conflicting) amount of information on the subject.

Even though I do not use them myself, a sub-section for them would be ideal.

Thanks for the support guys. Very much appreciated. As jkeith was saying in the Poll, he created a thread in the mod only section for the admins to view and make comments upon. Im hoping my efforts dont go down in flames as there is an over-whelming majority in favor of this section.

i agree 100% given the bad rap steriods have received recently we should be encouraging a legal alternative...

prohormones have a good rap? i dont see your logic in this at all. and just because its legal, i really dont think prohormones are a great alternative to anything. at the very least steroids have significant studies on living creatures behind them...

Just to clarify this. Prohormones/DS are steroids nothing less. The main difference lies within the ability to be regulated, no conversions, and pharmaceutically produced. Most of the "PH's" produced today are in fact AAS... nothing less nor should they be treated as such.
