I love to do standing shoulder press i haven't been able to do it.
I have injured my arm just above my tricep some days it goes into my shoulder and right down my arm so i'm taking GLUCOSAMINE to see if it will help. Is there anyone out there who has used GLUCOSAMINE and can say that it helped? I have only been using it for about a week now they say it takes about 4 to 6 weeks for any results. Thank you!

You know, I had a similar problem with my upper left arm. I would still do the shoulder press because I could but some exercises, I could not very well. Frustrating. A few days ago, I was stretching and felt/heard a "pop, pop" in my shoulder blade and the pain went away.

I also changed my sleep postion too and that helped too.

Glucosamine does take at least a month before you will start to feel any benefit from it.
In the meantime...give it a rest for awhile. Alternating heat and ice for 20 mins each will give some temporary relief.

I use to get a really bad inflamed knee, and I swear by Glucosamine & Chondroitin Sulfate. I can knock it out in a week, but I dose up on it.
