Hi! I want to do my first competition in the Ms. Figure but need to know if any one has competed in the Ms. Figure before and if so, what was your height and weight? What is the best weight and what is the look that you had? I what to make sure that I am not too big but not too small either. Any advice would be great, Thanks!

I've never done the figure competition. From what I saw from backstage, it was a glorified beauty pagent. It was added to increse female participation. It's a good starting point to progress to either fitness or bodybuilding.
What are your current stats, and height and weight? When is the comp?

If you do the Miss Figure with WNSO (World Natural Sports) at the Musclemania Canada series of events or the Molson Indy, these are the guidelines:
1. Symmetry Round - in heels
2. Posing Round - in heels & all poses must be open handed
3. Routine Round - 90 secs max. Flips are NOT allowed, but props are.
There is actually no judging on facial beauty. It's about the physique - your symmetry, muscle tone, how you perform the poses, and your routine elements.
They put a lot of stress on making the routines creative & entertaining.
Most athletes fall between the 100ish lbs to 120ish lbs.

If you're worried about performing a routine, you can also enter the Fitness Model Search Competitions - where there is no routine round. That's also fun - good for first time athletes.

Best of Luck!
