Does any one have any suggestions on what to take now? I have been on Hydroxycut for 4 months and have had results, but i need to give my body a rest from the Hydroxy and cycle with something else. Any suggestions? I want major fat loss.

you need to cycle off of any ECA stacks for 4 weeks.... continued or prolonged use will just drain your money, have less and less positive side effects as you keep using it, and in some extreme cases, have reverse side effects, where it can make you fatter. if you have already used hydroxycut now for a while... cycle off of any ECA for a short time period, then right back on. :)
