What is this sled that you people speak of??? What does it do?? Where can I buy one?? Are there things I can use that I already have to act as a sled???
If it's what i'm thinkin it is then can't I just use a snow sled thing that we all use when we're kids in the winter and just put weight on that and tie it to your waist or something and start running. Put weight's in the sled too.
