I'm currently 16,, and i'm doing a teen competition Aug 9.. i am 5'9, and weigh around 167.. i'm pretty cut right now.. it'll be my first contest.. what are some main things i can do to prepare for the contest? theres no weight bracket,, you gotta just go out there looking your best.. what do yous suggest I do?

also what are some things i should buy to obtain some goals need to do good for this contest, such as sups, tanning-and how long before should i start? and anything else.. i currently take whey protein, Creatine, and glutamine, and glucosamine for my joints.

Get down to a Bf percentage you want to through a 8-12 week plan for now just bulk up.

sups are fine... if I added anything it would be flax oil and or BCAA's. As far as what to do for your contest... PRACTICE YOUR POSING... it will make all the diff in the world.

August 9th!!!??! thats my date as well!

yes on that note work da posing. it is well worth it in the long run!

AMDEZ, how old are you and wheres you competition?? I'm doing one in lower michigan.
