I have been trainning since May 2001. I have dropped approximately abour 26 inches all over, and have toned up. I work out 5 times a week. I am looking to drop my body fat down even more. I have in the past taken Hydroxycut but I am looking for something else...Hydroxycut leaves me with a burny feeling. Anyone have any suggestions on a new "see results fast" method(I know hard work is the key but I need some help).

I was also wondering what would be the benefits of a female taking EAS Betagen and Protein Shakes that consist of 24g Carb/42g Protein/1.8g Fat/280 Cals. Per/Shake.

Thankx,
BrennyLee

1) to drop bodyfat there is nothing like hard work,
consistancy and proper nutrition !! Eat 5-6 small meals a day, gauge your carb intake by acticity level ( if you expect to work out have some complex carbs, if you just sit around stick with veggies and a lower calorie intake..)
Cut down ( or skip ) on starchy carbs, processed foods and sugar and drink plenty of water ( at least a gallon a day )
perform high intensity cardio about 4-5 x weekly, train with weights 3-4 days. Consume adequate protein ( min. 1 gr per pound of bodyweight )
- as far as fatburner...try a product that is ephedrine free, if Hydroxycut gives you the shakes.
EAS 'PhenFree' or Prolab's "CUTS II"

2) Myoples shakes are great ( I have been using them years...) , They come in different variety as far as calories etc. I'd stick with the 'Lite'. Great for postworkoit re-fueling.
Betageb is another great product, combining Creatine and HMB to aid strength and recoery and minimize protein breakdown. Take 3x day ( one serving right after workout )

hope this helps ..
