Hey people, im starting my log , since i have my first PL meet here in 2 months and well im trying to gain as much strength as i can till then and well, im gonna log it and i want critisicism on what im doing wrong that could help me im still green and am getting used to lifting for strength instead of muscle,
im going over on Bench, Squat , Deadlift, and i work on my biceps traps/ lats, and abs.
well starting out,
Weight : 177
Bench : 210
Squat : 350
Dead : 315
Goal: Weight 181
Bench 225- 230
Squat 370-385
Dead 350
I start lifting tommorow to start out to lift tommrow (snow, etc) or I woulda start earlier...

oh god, i woke up today i went to sleep kinda excited to start training today but i woke up really tired and all out of energy so now i guess im gonna end up with the a poor amount of work ethic maybe ill feel better when i get to lift after school, but i just hope so today i get to max on squat, hoping for something along the lines of 355-375

I was right i got there my coach gave me the go signal.. he was watching i got the weight up and walked it back,... i started to go down then he gave me okay to bring it back up, as that i had gotten paralel, well i didnt i fell forward, didnt get it, i went to try it again, walked it back.. went down, started bringing up got about six inches higher fell forward.... didnt get it, then i said i wanted it one more time,i was pissed off to be honest i was gonna get this if it killed me , i walked it back... took it down,
got the okay to bring it back up... 365
30 lbs increase since last max out...

im so tired i woke up this morning anf i was just like very tired... i think i need to got bed earlier, i ALWAYS eat a large lunch, and now im just kinda bland. i dont know todays a cardio day, i get to go throw shot, then go home and sleep....

I Just woke up.... it's 9:48pm and well, when i got home from worout today i ate like a hoss ( or for me its felt like it...) ate a few sandwichs a glass of milk, and a handful of cookies (not a junkfood type of guy) but when i got home i felt staved anyway...
I Did 3x3, 1 max X 1 max X 1 max, which on bench by this time im dead so these are my "helper sets" i did 155X3, 175X3, 195X3 by this time i needed help with my 205X1 then 215X1 220X3
i made sure i that when my partner went to help i had given it my all first i only got in like 2 inches athen it started to fall , and he put his fingers under it for assurance, and him being the great partner he is, i got , with minor help :P,
after that i did the same on deadlift minus the help but i bushed myseld to a new limit...i hadnt done them in a few months, because its max is not counted by my coach he just worries about squat + bench, anway stretched out then 3X275, 3X290, 3X300, 1X310, 1X315,
Okay I dip Dips after this , did 5X bodyweight to warmup..
/ 3X 15lbs+
Elbows tucked ----------->3X 25lbs
\ 3X 45lbs
Today was a good day....

wow, nice workout. keep it up! i hope my workout goes as well on monday when i start back up! that would be great

yeah i hope i have this on a consistant bassis, and i dont get lazy and off track, but im gonna keep my head up and do my BEST!~!

Im in track for alil while, im gonna end up throwing shot and running sprints for awhile and well im gonna have to goto the weight room after practice which means, im gonna be fatigued, i dont know what i should do.....
