I need to find something that I can eat between my classes. I probably need somethin with about 20-30g of protein. if I dont get soemthin between my classes I will go like 4 hours without eating. so should I get protein bars or what? any ideas? thanks

You got plenty of options, get yourself a shaker bottle first. You can blend up a MRP, you cna mix up some whey protein, and add some fruit. You can premake some chicken and throw it in your bag with some veggies. There is this brilliant new invention, it is called tupperware, just prepare my friend, it is as easy as that
