I'm a girl, 16yo 5'2 and im about 123pounds girl, I've got a medium bone structure and I'm thinking of tonning up and getting fit. But beacuse im new to this whole workout thing i need a little help :). I've got free weights at home and a treadmill, i just need a progame so i can get myself started. I use to do gymnastics about 3 years ago and now i do hockey for a season, So I'm not on the lowest of slumps hehe. I was wondering if someone could help me trim up around my lower body? What are your tips? and suggestions, exercise wise and nurtience wise?
