lol. Dude, what criteria on earth could you use to possibly conclude animal pak is "cheap." It is, by FAR, the most expensive multivitamin on this site.
Whoever wants to spend 40+ bucks a month on a multi, be my guest man...

I think what he is saying is that you are getting 44 paks for $23, which would come out to about $15 a month. If you are paying $40, you are either shopping at GNC or are a fool.

When You Take The Pack There Is A Anabolic Explosion That Takes The Placebo Effect Into A Stage 10. That Is Why You Are Getting Good Results. That And Add In The Nocturnal Combustion That The Pack Contains. Theres Also An Anatomical Effect On The Right Quadron That Stimulates The Sector B-5 Of The Nucleus Membrane Wich Converts Into Estrogen Wich Builds Up Your Pro Hormone Levels And Helps You Kick Into Gynocastemia In Your Tittys. Great Pump.

With a little effort Paks of 44 can be found for less than 18 bucks on several sites. Froogle isn't bad but there are other places to find it.

Animal Pak is a crazy collabaration of vitamins and minerals. It contains:
-Phosphorus Amino Acid Chelate- a chelate is a chemical binding agent that bonds with a metal to stabalize it for easy absorption (found on wikipedia). Phosphorus is utilized to transport ATP, stiffen bones, and serves as cell's structure. I'm not quite sure what the amino acid part of this is.
-Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate- Another bonded mineral. It is involved in bone, enzyme, and heart function. Also conducts nerve impulses and the contraction of muscles (magnesium relaxes the muscle).
-Calcium Pantothenate- The vitamin B-5 bonded with the mineral calcium, it is involved in fatty acid metabolism.
-Calcium Amino Acid Chelate-Essential for bone and tooth formation, muscle contraction, weight loss, nerve transmission, and blood clotting.
-Iron Amino Acid Chelate-Involved in the storage and transport of oxygen, immune function, and the formation of new red blood cells.
Vitamin A (Vitamin A Acetate)-Supports healthy vision.
Pro Vitamin A (Beta Carotene)-Another form of Vitamin A. Women who take high levels of vitamin A are more susceptible to osteoporosis, so this form of vitamin A, found naturally in carrots, is used in place of other forms of Vitamin A. Also has antioxidant properties.
Vitamin D (as Ergocalciferol)-Produced normally by the body when in contact with the sun, Vitamin D is in charge of synthesizing all natural hormones and steroids found in the body.
Vitamin E (d alpha Tocopherylacetate)-Serves as an antioxidant that protects cell membranes from free-radical damage.
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)-Acts as an antioxidant and increases absorption of other nutrients such as iron, calcium, and folic acid. It's a water soluble vitamin, so you can take large quantities and piss it out rather than have it stored as fat. Although there is no overdose level, a recent article published in Men's Fitness lists a study done by british scientists that discovered that too much vitamin c slows down the recovery rate of muscles.
Vitamin B-1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride)-Involved in carbohydrate and branched-chain amino acid metabolism.
Vitamin B-2 (Riboflavin)-Involved in energy metabolism and is responsible for the conversion of the amino acid tryptophan into the active form of niacin.
Vitamin B-3 (Niacinaminde)-Required for synthesis of protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Also involved in energy metabolism.
Vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride)-A common ingredient in energy drinks. Its involved in amino acid and glycogen metabolism and in the making of the heme group in hemoglobin/
Vitamin B-12-Involved in the growth and division of cells. It's also needed for DNA synthesis.
Folic Acid-Involved in the formation of amino acids and choline. Prevents one form of anemia. Also, pregnant women are told to take Folic Acid because it helps the baby to develop.
Biotin-Involved in the synthesis of carbohydrates, fat, and amino acids. It also supports the normal functioning of immune system cells.
-Potassium Amino Acid Chelate-Potassium in an electrolyte, similar to sodium, and is a neccesity for muscle contraction.
-Zinc Amino Acid Chelate-Maintains normal growth, development, reproduction, immunity, and testosterone production. Zinc is also involved in maintaining a healthy appetite.
-Chromium Picolinate-Required for optimal blood glucose levels.
-Manganese Amino Acid Chelate-Involved in energy metabolism and is required for normal development of the skeleton and connective tissue.
-Copper Amino Acid Chelate- Necessary for the formation of hemoglobin.
-Iodine (Kelp)-Involved in maintaining proper thyroid function.
-Selenium (Selenite)-Component of the body's antioxidant defense system. Regulates thyroid hormone action.
