I like to judge my fat woman by like, if you figure your average hot woman, you can **** her 30 different ways, positions etc, well just multiply the number of rolls on your fat bitch by 30 and youll find the total number of fun. For instance 30x118 rolls equals 3540 different styles positions you can bang her in.

FK!!!! Well guys, tomarrow is the BIG DAY!!!!

Found out we HAVE to do a HIGH SCHOOL COMBINE:

benchpress 185 as many times as possible, powerclean 135 as many times as possible, and squat 225 ON A SMITH as many times as possible.

Coach said i have some awsome potential and liked it when i said i can bench anywere from 250-280.

Alright, today is fking interesting. Get up, freind spent the night, had two powerbars, a bannan, and half a protein shake and go in their. ****ty weight room man. There is a leak in the place from all the rain so half of it was in water. I do 45 for a set, then 135x5, then 155x5, then 185, got it 10 times struggled on the last one.

Hang around for awhile, everyone is benching and stuff. IT PISSED ME OF SO BAD. There was this one kid and he is like 6'2, 170 pounds and did 185 19 times, HALF WAY DOWN EACH TIME. And he told coach "185 19 times" Everyone in there was doing some half rep bull**** pissed me off. ONe guy hit it for 24 tiems but he is a 280 short ass lineman so it was alright i guess.


Go and squat, so damn gay. The bar had like a plastic shoulder horn on that dug into my traps and I just got bored with going to parrallel and doing it good and feeling like im on fire so i did it 15 times and stopped. Everyone had the worst form on there. IT WAS FKING DISGUSTING. Wanted to kill them all. Yea for some reason when i see someone doing it wrong now i want to break their neck.

Powercleans sucked. I mean they were easy, but some kid was like, "its not a fking Basketball" because these stupid ass rubber 15 pound balls they had on there bounced when i sat it down.

Then we ran 4 miles through the city, I did it in 42 minutes. Practice sucked ass. Ive got a migrain, helmet is to small, have this fking gay ass rash now, like all this pimples on my forhead in the center. Almost puked today because my head hurt. THe other fullback is starting to hurt and have to sit out etc. I need to get it together and get some reps in there now. Sorry for such a long entry today.

Damn bro, thatd piss me off too. I HATE half benchers. I also NEVER believe what someone says they squat, because their ROM is usually ****ed.

Get your **** together and pull thru man. Though what can i say, since i havent experienced this personally.

When you're on the field, just make sure you do what counts. tackle them mutha****as!!

Yea thanks steel. Im happy with a 185x10 bench. I really think i could of have gotten more if i was into it today. I mean it was so easy and fast up until about the 8th rep.

Squat is probley the most sketchy thing someone can do in the weight room.

Yea, my biggest challange is just being focused out there on the football field, half my team are fking pricks.

Also, one of the worst physical feelings I have, I had today. Something so unpleasant about, being dawg tired, feeling like you have your head bashed in, and haveing a super tight helmet, waiting for that extra long snap count with your hand on the line, as you feel vomit come up your throat while your head feels like thunder and you have to suck it back down again and then have someone explode into you. Very unpleasant!!! Im alive to tell about it though!

I hear ya man, It gets to me so bad when I see people being proud of getting a weight up with awful form. I always wanna say something like try and help them, but I know they would get all lame and defensive. It wont matter though because that will be delt with when they go to college and are forced into lowering weights for form.

Exactley! It piss's me off though that when i report to the coach, and someone else does, it does me injustice because our benchs, squats arent to the same standard and the coach doesnt have time to caoch everyone in the weightroom. Errrr. Oh yea and it also sucks when these exact people tell you how to do it lol.

First day of school sucked. Alot of pricks in my class's with there little clicks. Stupid immature mother****ers to say the least. Plus me and my secret crush, it just aint happening this year wich i hoped it would.

Had some good hits in football today, ones that the coach liked in our hitting dreals. Ass down, head up, eyes at there stomach and you wrap and drive. Still kicked ass only thing is , is during our Striders during warm up, i pulled/agitated my right quad.

When we were running, my fking leg, it just wouldnt push, no matter how much i tried it was like something was holding me back. Hurts sort of, mostly when i stretch it.

And I havent ben getting nearly enough reps in at fullback as i would like to during live practice.

MOTHER****ER. MY MOTHERFUCING QUADS GUYS. Oh **** this ice is so cold. Probley the worst day of practice ive had. Why? Because my quads are slowing the hell out of me. I stretch them and streth them and errrrr. Its like not really painful, only when i run, they feel tight on top, and tight on the bottom, no explosiveness. I told coach and he said it sounds like im getting ready to pull something. Thing is is people pull a hamstring, A something, I pulled BOTH quads or pretty close to pulling them.

I FEEL LIKE SUCH THE BIGGEST PUSSY out there. I mean, running our fullback passing stuff, i had to sit out because i knew i would be TO SLOW. Went in for kick return, big no no, that made me look slow. NOw im just sitting here iceing myself, hurting when it counts you know. GOt 2 week fulls of scrimmages and here i am. God im getting teary eyed just writeing this. Its always something you know..................

Don't sweat it bro. I've been injured for months. You, only a day so far.

Now here's the thing. Technically, this injury is only bad, but it has taught you something. Your quads are probably your weak point, and that info can probably help you out.

Thanks guys! Ive never had a problem with my quads in5 years of football. Last firday, they kinda felt fatigued, yesterday, they fked up, first the right, then the left. Yea, one day at a time.

ALright:

Today had a rally to sale some books, went to practice, strecthed my quads really good before practice and iced them up all night last night.

Felt kinda bad but torwards the end of practice i was at about .25 speed as compared to my .5 yesterday!!!

Got my jersey number today. I am now Fullback_46. Coach is going to put me in on the scrimage on Firday and coach me play by play with this new offense!!!!!

Going to ice the tops of my feet wich hurt constantley and my legs down again, take it easy and blast the **** out of people friday so i can get high on the Depth Chart he is makeing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish me luck!

P.S-cant wait to hit the weights this weekend.

Today we had our scrimmage. Im totalley lost when it comes to these fullback plays. The 2 favorite fullbacks hit like bitchs.

Today the fullback came screaming at me full speed when i was playing d-end, and I was so pumped i didnt even feel it, i was so low, that he took my pads right into his Solar plexis and made a funny sound. Then i blew the **** out of the o-tackle and the other fullback came screaming at me and I drove them both back 5 yards. No one ran a play successfully to my side in 8 plays. 8 is all i got and im pissed as fk considering some got like 20. I GOT NO PLAYS ON FULLBACK EITHER. I want to start so bad this year. ALL THOSE MOTHER****ERS ARE GETTING BRUISED NEXT WEEK. WE GOT SOME SCRIMMAGES AGAINST OITHER SCHOOLS AND THOSE ***'S GOT A LITTLE SOMETHING COMEING TO THEM.

Cant wait to do some heavy benching tomarrow. Im starting to get small and week now.

What's the best way to end a bad week.............a bad work out ofcourse......................














BUT IT WANST IT WAS FUCING AWSOME!!!!!!!!

Benchpress: 135x5, 185x3, 205x2, 225x3

INcline DB Benchpress: 60x5, 70x5, 80x5

SKulls: 65x10, 6x10, 65x10

BB Shrugs: 135x10, 185x10, 205x10

PRessdowns: 130x10, 160x8, 110x12

Benchpress was sooooooooo light, i cant beleave it. 225 was soo fast, easy on the bottom, middle and top, it was like a joke, I WASNT EVEN FATIGUED when i decided DECIDED to stop becuase i remeberd i didnt want to really abuse myself. I mean im so excited about how easy 225 felt, i just cant describe it enough. It was just like a toy, didnt even turn red or anything, I INSTICTIVELY FEEL I COULD OF HAVE GOTTNE IT FOR 6-7 THATS HOW EASY IT WAS.

THe rest was just good fun and ease, one hell of a workout. best one in awhile. Plus i had veins everywere, even getting them in my calves, im weighting 190 and im starting to get some abs!!!!!! Like 20 pounds away from ripped ones. But none the less Im feeling so strong and good. Think i could of have hit 275 today no problem.

Next week ill probley not do upper body and do some like Powercleans and deads or something.

Hehe I know, I feel soooooooooooooo much stronger. Ive never had a weight feel so light in my hands. And you know, i was in this weird mind set. LIke, I didnt really give a fk about how much i bench or not bench, and i was just going in there to work out, no stress or nothing. Its the mind set I KNOW I needed, and if i would of had it through the summer, i would of done awsome. But i have it now so im cool. Peace of cakde!

Hard as ****. those BB curls at 95 were damn hard, kept good form though, had veins i didnt even know i had.

Um you got a point. Ive always called them that because they work the same thing that the DB;s work durning hammers. Maybe there called reverse bb curls. Maybe the only big difference is that the weight is being held vertical and not horizontal. Sure theres a difference some were........

Thanks bro, I didnt want to stop, felt like nothing on that bench. But it's only makeing me stronger because im not as fatigues as i would be if i did like 240x3 or something.



TOday: Hell of fun today, did some "Violent Back Drills" today coach calls them. Four backs get infront of you and your surrounded by 4 cones, qb gives you the ball and you run torwards the middle of the pile and the try and wrap you up. Did it twice and blasted the **** out of them, like it was nothing, I didnt even get driven back. They were givieng hell to other people so i dont know if they were just going easy or what. The other FB blasted there ass's to. Ill like to think im good!

Ran an agility drill, 3 cones every 10 yards, start at the middle and sprint to the right cone and sprint all the way across to the left cone and soon as you pass the middle he sotps his clock. Its a 20 yard speed drill and i did it in 5.2, only got to go once. Worst time was 5.5 best was 4.4 by some skiny short guy........so it wasnt to good. My 40 is proabley worse hehe.

Thanks for all the support bros!!! Everything is going great, football, streangth. Only thing is two girls infront of me thaught i almost **** myself when i walked down the isle and some guy let one go and they thaught it was me and stared.

Life is good right now though!

Well fk. Today I found out were I stand as a FUllback. Im 3rd string with 2 other backs, and one top notch black running back so that aught to tell you osmething right there. Im not as dissapointed as i should be but, i have 10 weeks to change. Im writeing down the plays when i get home now. Hope im atleast 2nd on DE or im going to be pissed.

Scrimmage tomarrow andi m going to fking tear it up at D-End!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alright, well, had a scrimmage last night, about hour and a half long and i got to play about 10 minutes of it. I ran of the tackles shoulder and blasted the **** out of the fullback and drive him back into the quarter back 5 yards wich fked hte play up. NO ONE knocks me around on the field ive noticed. IM starting to come home after practice now and right the plays down. Tomarrow i scrimmage 6 schools and am looking forward to about 30 mins out of 3 hours of hardcore kick ass hitting.


ON a side note, ben meaning to talk to this extremely cute girl ,but im allways busy with freinds. ANd on a worse note, NO GYM PROBABLEY becuase these past weeks have ben go weeks. Busy as hell.

Work hard on the field and you'll be fine missing some gym time. IF you can get in, forget the small stuff, just hit the main movements, multi joint stuff like squats, pullups, bench, etc.

You know what to do! Tear it up! And above all else, EEAAATTT!!!

Sucked in the scrimmage, gave up a 10 yard play, i had beat the tackle and read the play and the back came outisde and i was about to wrap him up, you know, nice one on one play behind hte line of scrimmage, but i tried and made an arm tackle, i know better than that and he was gone for 10.


Dont know if i will og to the gym tomarrow or not. I want to but i dont know if i should due to all this excesise lately. Probabley will.. P.S- should i do heavy benches 225 plus or light under 205?

Yo man sorry i havn't been around lately. Looks like your doing great. Dont let that bother you bro we all make mistakes. I say go to the gym tommorow and keep it heavy. I say 5 X 5 with 225-230 if you can do that or 5 X 3.

Didnt feel sa strong today, a little slow, 225 was still light but not as light as a feather as last time.

135x3, 185x3, 205x2, 225x3, 235x3, 245x3

BB Shrugs: 135x8, 185x8, 225x8, 235x8

STLD: 135x4, 175x4, 185x4

245x3 is a PR. Im not complaining. Must mean i can bench like 255 now instead of 250, and as long as my streangth is this good during Football season, therre is no way im complaining. What should i do next week guys? Should i go heavy or light again?

P.S- I am probabley one of the only teens on BB.comn who can bench over 200 and have a 2 pack!

Coach says i have one of the more strong exploseive stiff arms hes seen! Everyone i know is being pricks and ignoreing me lately. Lifes ben fking weird lately.

Well tomarrow is a game day. Bringing my number one A-game tomarrow. Coach has ben working with me alot at DE and is likeing me! IM sure ill get to play alot tomarrow. Leveled out our best D-lineman today as well. One on one drills and he went for my legs as i was leaning into to his chest hitting him, and then spun off him as he dropped.

Coach wants me to get ready Monday becasue hes going to run me up the middle from now on on alot of our Back plays. \

Cant wait to hit the gym this weekend.

Well.......we won like 41 to 8. I played the whole second half at Dend. I forced the back inside wich the tackle was supposed to get him, i look and the tackel is on his ass so i take off running and start to really put on the speed, i mean i cant beleave how FAST i was going without really running hard and then i hit a big batch of mud and stumbled and lost my speed and TOUCHDOWN!


Lost my frist arm wrestleing match today. Kid barely works out, benchs 250, and has strong ass forarms. Guys got some abnormaly large, undeifiend strong arms for a guy who doesnt work out. Made me feel bad hehe.

****! NOt sa great workout, not a bad one. IM really starting to lose muscle now. My shirts are fitting loser, and my arms dont split the sleeves any more. My biceps are like 15.25 and are weaaker now then they have felt in awhile. My chest is comeing off to.

Im thinking that i might buy a weight gainer to drink in the morning or along with lunch to get my cals up there. Good or bad idea?

Don't worry about losing your first arm wrestling match. This brings up memories :) I used to be the "ascending champ", meaning i was workin my way up there, and was better than half my grade. There were like 15 kids that could beat me(this is in 7th grade). By the end of 7th, i beat kids i couldnt beat before. After one years training in beginning of 8th, i was the top arm wrestler in my grade, beating everyone. Or so i thought. This new kid comes into my school. 6'1 and 200+lbs. Fat. Benches 120+. I bench over 140 at 111. I challenge him. Struggle for about 30 seconds, then lose. I was winning at one point, but thats not the point. He had a leverage advantage over me.


Anyways, nice workout. Didnt look too bad.

Ran some fullback today, live contact, got about 5 yards on my first carry ever. I was out of it though most of the day, yesterday i hurt my arm, and it hurts so bad when i aggitate it that i want to cry it hurts so bad. Makes me naseus and stuff to thats how bad it hurts. Its a pain that like, i cant tell were its at, its either my upper outside top forarm, or just to the side of my brachillis. ANd once i aggitate it it takes like an hour for it to get better. I playedo n it though, so it cant be that bad. GOD I FKING LOVE FULLBACK!

Hey everyone I really appreciate the comments especialley when the position seems to be intimidateing. I dont know what it is, i always pull something like it was killing me so bad durning practice today then it just;....................went away..........its fking weird.

Half back, i would love that position, but the **** they do is way to talented lol.

Today i leveld a kid right off the line on defense and coach loved it. My defensive coach has ben paying mea tone of attention and im first priority when its time for someone to rotate in atleast. Things arent to bad right now besides this fat girl whos OBSESSED with me.

Went to see underworld GAY AS FK!!! Went in the hottub after that at my freinds iwth the fat girl and my freinds girlfreind. Freinds girlfreind says i kinda look like Arnold! Lost our game friday, iddnt even get in but i leveld a kid out playing fullback when we were warming up. Fking coachs only play seniros and two Jr's on Defense.

NO energy today but i went over to my freinds girls house yesterday and hung out till ten and watched him finger her, lots of fun then spent the night had pizza at the park at like 11 and woke up had a protein bar and osme jerkey, went shopping for home comeing and worked out at like 3. SO no energy. But i found that the straight BB is much better on SKulls, felt nice strong and pretyy easy considering i didnt have any energy today!

ME Squat: Deads

Squat : 45x1,135x3,185x3,195x2,225,1,255x1,265x1,275x(miss ed) 275x1

Deadlifts: 45x1, 95x3, 115x3, 135x3,155x 2, 185x2, 210x2

Stifflegged Deadlifts: 135x4, 185x4, 205x4, 225x4

Over all went pretty good. The squat is improved from 255 to 275 in about two weeks. Still not my max, but damn heavy for myself that is. Back feels most of the lift. Shoulderblades especially. Feels like loose base chords in my back sometimes. None the less all is well for tongiht. Need some wrist straps though so i can go heavier.

OMG DUDE!!!! You got so much stronger, its fking amazing!!!!!!!
