after looking at your diet i would suggest getting rid of the wendys and also the protein bar. btw what are your total calories for the day and how do you react to carbs

Is Wendys chicken really that bad ? The grilled chicken by itself, it isnt fried, no bun, just the chicken. Granted it isnt as healthy as market basket chicken, but ould it be fine ??

Ill drop the protein bar.

I havent caculated that, I have trouble measuring the steak.

But im 6"4 240lbs im going to do carb cycling. Today is a high carb day, tomorro is no carb day just cardio. and lots of BCAA'S

Read Layne's sticky at the top of the page, and this will give you a direction. You have the will, but just need to be directed in the right direction. You have alot of time to improve and make some awesome changes. :)
