well this is the story:my girl want s to lose weight but cant get to a gym at this time because of money problems. she baby sits for about 8 hours or more a day. but i'm counting or calories now and she is eathing smaller porstions. we got the food part in place now, i got her eathing healthy now.

but i'm looking for some excersise ideas that she can do while at home.

i will start her with walking around or block for about 15 min then move up in time later on. but if u guys have any ideas please help post them they will really help.

the doctor said she is close to a diabitic and she has to lose weight now.
she also has thyriod problems.

stats:
ht 5'2
wt 220
body fat:unsure i will test soon.

Not to be in your buisness but if thats your girl ould you be able to but the membership to a gym for her?

yes i can but she rather use the money for something else because she baby sits as i said in my frist post. so she want have the time to go.

ight dude i got you... what parts of her body does she want to work on the most. haveing her walking around the block is a good idea. get her cardio up and maybe later she can start running.
