Hyperdrol
Hyperdrol™ is a lean mass building Herbal Hypertrophic compound from Anabolic Xtreme, the designers of the world’s most effective muscle building formulations. Hyperdrol™ has been exclusively created and formulated for Anabolic Xtreme by Author L. Rea. Hyperdrol™ contains a matrix of four herbal ingredients, each of which uses a proprietary extraction process to obtain a precise matrix of unique compounds. These work synergistically together like nothing else on the market. There is no shutdown with Hyperdrol™ and users can cycle for 12 to 16 weeks. Independent product testers have reported gains of about one pound of lean body mass (not weight) per week.
Ingredients
Cissus Quadrangularis
Cissus (SEA-SUS) is one key to Hyperdrol™. Do not confuse the Cissus in Hyperdrol™ with that of other products on the market. AX has learned how to balance the extraction process to highlight the positive effect of the right metabolites.
6-Bromodione
6-BrAD™ is a new anti-aromatase that keeps estrogen intact while testosterone rises - but it also inhibits negative feedback thus inducing an increase in total testosterone and preventing natural test production from shutting down. With 6-BrAD, we have created a favorable natural androgen to estrogen ratio (like you had as a teenager) which will allow for better body composition with fewer potential rebound issues.
Forsholii Diterpene Complex
Similar to Forskolin (Forslean™) in action but much more bio-available to the body allowing a significantly smaller dose to be used with greater affect. Our exclusive Forsholi Diterpene extract helps generate lean body mass by stimulating cAMP, which increases the circulation of hypertrophic hormones to create lean hard gains!!!
Urtica Dioica Lignan Complex
Using a proprietary extraction process, we have taken the common Stinging Nettle Herb to a new level to synergistically increase testosterone levels while concurrently combating BPH which can arise from DHT conversion, a side effect of any raise in test levels.
Mass FX
MASS FX 25R-diol has been developed exclusively by Anabolic Xtreme. This pro-anabolic was designed to be stacked with Hyperdrol™ to create the most potent lean muscle building stack available today. Mass FX will increase testosterone levels, deliver rock hard pumps, promote the Alpha Male mentality, increase aggression, build xtreme muscle mass and give immediate strength gains. Mass FX will deliver the results you want in just a few days of usage and will continue though out your cycle. Welcome to the world of Mass FX.
» WITHIN YOUR FIRST FEW DAYS:
Mass FX starts to kick in. You should be feeling the Alpha Male mentality. Workouts will be more intense and recovery will be quicker.
» AFTER 1 WEEK::
You will notice muscle pumps and hardness like you have never experienced before. Your strength is now beginning to increase. Your veins are starting to pop. You can feel that Mass FX is working and you like it!
» AFTER 2-3 WEEKS AND BEYOND:
The pro-anabolic optimizer is in full effect stimulating lean muscle mass and strength gains. Your muscles look and feel dramatically harder, stronger and fuller. Your strength is increasing beyond what you expected from an all natural product that doesn’t have the nasty side effects of pro-hormones. By now you know that Mass FX works and your gains have only begun. While you finish out your 6-8 week cycle, each week your muscles will become stronger, harder, fuller and bigger. Your workouts will continue to intensify, your Alpha Male mentality will continue to dominate and your test levels will be like nothing you have ever felt before.
Welcome to the world of Mass FX.

Training History
Was overweight as a young child, decided action had to be taken and I decided to sneak into the high school weight room when I was in eigth grade. My knowledge on health, dieting and lifting was limited at the time, however over the years it has grown to a respectable amount. My early years of high school I lifted with a three day split, however my ignorance got the best of me and I neglected squats and deadlifts. It wasn't until I reached junior year that I decided to join a nearby gym. At this point I realized the importance of the big three, a good consitent routine and a solid diet. The end of junior year I weighed 160 lbs, more or less the result of sucking weight for wrestling. However, ironically enough I was able to bench 295 and dl over 400. I was in shape, strong as an ox with great endurance and stamina. My senior year of high school is when I became obcessed. Planning meals, writting articles, researching, etc. I am now in college and have more motivation than ever. Granted this is the internet and not many of you know me in real life, but let me assure you the dedication I hold for this lifestyle is nearly unmatched at my age. Lifting has saved me physically and even more so mentally, without it incorperated into my life I honestly could not say where I would be; a completely different person to say the least.
Goals
Short Term (with this stack) - Break 200lbs. This is more of a statement rather than a goal, because I'll be damned if it doesn't happen.
Long Term - 215lbs - 225lbs @ 6 - 8% bf.
Training Protocol
For this stack I will be using a five day split as follows:
Day 1 - Chest
Day 2 - Back
Day 3 - Bis & Tris
Day 4 - Legs & Shoulders
Day 5 - Cardio & Abs
Please keep in mind I warm up with 15 minutes of cardio and often end with 20 minutes of cardio. This is not high intensity as compared to my day 5. Abs will also be mixed into my other days as I feel fit, but day 5 will be dedicated to my main ab day. And yes, I do train abs in the winter and bulk season.
Diet
All honesty I have no written diet planned out, nor do I feel a reason to do so. I am going to eat like a horse and basically until I puke, luckily my gag reflect is amazing and it takes quite a bit for me to throw up, but you get the idea. An average day will consist of at least 3 large shakes mixed with milk, lots of oats, lean meats such as chicken, tuna, turkey, salmon, lean beef and some nice veggies.
Supplements
Hyperdrol
Mass FX
Fish Oil
Multi
Food and lots of it
Water
Music, yes I consider music a supplement because it aids in my workout. Without it I wouldn't be lifting with a full intensity.

Thoughts:
Too early to tell anything. I felt a great focus today, what AX perhaps wishes to describe as the "Alpha Male". However, I have felt many similar days without using any supplements in the past. Hopefully this stack will lead me to greater dreams The new year has come in and my resolution is to break 200. I have organized my priorities and have set them in place. I will stop at nothing until I hit my goal;
I will stop at nearly nothing until I have fulfilled what feels right in my heart. I am determined, and in this world where society has engaged into what seems nothing more than a synthetic competition, I will come out on top. I have the determination, I have the perserverance, the intrepidity, the nerve, heart, and valor, I have the "eye of the tiger" to succeed, and I will, and when I do it will be because of those past events which I struggled to defeat. God has an ingenious plan for us all, and I will not let my past fall short of molding my future and fulfilling God's plan. Motivation is my gift, and I shall use it wisely...

I like to keep it above two during my workouts. Especially because I warmup and end with a little cardio and often times sit in the suana after the day is done. I'm a camel, I drink a lot of water and fluids.
On a side not, I went with a couple friends and saw Rocky. I was pleasently suprised with the movie. Although I believe a few certain things were lacking, overall it was a great surprise for any Rocky fan. A solid 8/10 in my book.

I am noticing that I am pushing myself a little bit harder. I am also noticing that I am actually experiencing slight DOMS in quite some time. I am also experiencing those slight mild headaches others have mentioned, however they are very mild.
Question: Is it common to feel lethragy on this stack?
We all been molded with an underlying notion of destiny. Programmed with a certain excellence. We've been given the odds to defeat those whom we wish to defeat, but deciding whom we wish to defeat can only be controlled by our very own hands. Each and everyone of us has been given the power to exceed and excell beyond the rest. We all have the capeabilities to do the unthinkable, achieve the unattainable; all we need to do is harness that feeling, understand what our destiny is and believe. I will not let my destiny fall short of God's intentions. He's given me a gift and I shall use it wisely. My destiny shall be fulfilled...

Yea I wish I could afford that right now lol.
My diet is in check, or at least I'd like to think so. I generally get at LEAST 8 hours of sleep per night. Perhaps I am over training? I'd like to think not but we'll see. The lethragy isn't terrible but is noticeable.

Noticing a more full look. Noticing increased agression when I am in the gym. The mood change is very weird. I am infact noticing I am happier during certain points of the day but also notice I can become annoyed very easily. To summarize, I suppose I become annoyed less often however when I do become annoyed it comes on quickly as if I don't have time to think about what I am feeling. Luckily when I do become annoyed it isn't really anything serious. I just become annoyed and that is it. This is difficult to explain to say the least.
I am also experiencing a slight increase in libido, which is nice as always.
My weight seems to be steadily increasing however my calories are up from the norm. As of right now I was expecting a little more from this stack. I know from my experience that the majority of my gains I am experiencing can be attributued to my increase in calories.
However, from reading through past logs and speaking to people who have done past cycles of this stack they have told me the majority of gains will come in around my third week. I will keep this in mind and bring this to attention once I reach my third week.
Question, would it be ok to take fish oil in the same time period as Mass FX and Hyperdrol?

Just dont like them haha. But in the past two years I have noticed that every now and them I am able to "crack" my knees, similar to when people crack their fingers. I just don't want my ignorance to get the best of me. Squats may lead to an increase in my minor knee problems. The correlation may not even exist, but I have heard many horror stories of people with bad knees and squating. Just makes me think.

Fishoil solved the cracking and popping of my knees. Do they ever pop DURING squats ? If so, try a wider stance. Also try various widths when leg pressing too.... worth a shot.

Off Days! :D
Spent the weekend at my girlfriends. Ate some sushi, steak and other good foods.
Sounds like a great weekend to me. :D

Yea I take fishoil religously. I am Norwegian so for many years my diet only consisted of fish and potatoes. My father worked on a commercial rig in the North Sea for a while and my grandfather until this day will not Italian or Chinese food... only fish and potatoes. He's 90 and still kicking so he has to be doing something right haha.
My knees never pop during squats. In actuallity they will never "pop" unless I more or less try to make them pop. If I bend my knee slightly and quickly bring my knee back so my leg locks at the knees that is when it will pop. It is very simliar to how people crack their fingers. Once I crack my knees I will not be able to do it for quite some time. This leads me to believe that it is nothing more than a nitrogen release. Whether this is harmful or not, I do not know.

Thoughts:
I really do hate squats and am considering replacing them with leg press however I am not 100% decided as of yet.
Quit being a baby :p

Today's Song
Immortal Technique - No Mercy
Song - http://youtube.com/watch?v=uZ7-Ex7xUx4
Lyrics - http://www.lyrics007.com/Immortal%20Technique%20Lyrics/No%20Mercy%20Lyrics.html
"When I fight you I won't snipe you
I'll use a HIV infected needle to strike you
As well as anyone that vaguely resembles or looks like you
And just to spite you I'll force your children
At gun point to bite you
And rip a piece off
To start the beef off of the rest of your petty limited life
I'm coming at cha to catch ya by surprising the sight
Nobodies stupid enough to back ya when tactically attack ya
Because my style is nasty like protruding bone fractures
And your a played out dirty pussy devil
Like Margaret Datcher
But technique never get captured inside the rapture
Cause I mastered the art of causing natural disasters
You should learn the difference
In between the students and the master
My stature is the dispatcher of damaging decibels
And even though my starving people are considered expendable
I consecutively escape the racist court puritanical
I spit raw kinetic energy that's immeasurable
Retaliation for perpetration is unendable
Mercy is not extendible
I'll break your ****ing brain down into psychological chemicals".
