Yeah it's a good set-up to start out with. I'll be adding on much more in the future. Next thing I'll buy is going to be a pullup bar

Looks good! I think its always important to buy quality goods and looks as if you have done so. Something like that should last a long time, and getting a pull up bar would be a good step to take next.

seems like good affordable set up. how much was that purchased for? reason for asking is because i just bought a weider mid width standard bench and im very unhappy with it and all the other olympic benches i found are long in length to fit in my room.

Looks like a good bench, i just got one for christmas aswell at Play it again sports, for 119.99 and it looks alot like that one

That is a great setup , weights and a bench, wish i had something like that at your age. Im 27 and that is better than any christmas gift ive ever gotten, have fun and get big and strong.

Also, look around for some safety stands that can attach to the bench (preferred)http://www.newyorkbarbells.tv/95085.html, or, at least a couple of stands like this http://www.newyorkbarbells.tv/93015.html. Think of them as a MANDATORY insurance policy.
