Hello, I just ended a Fyre fat loss journal at the beginning of this month. Since then I've been taking it a bit easy with my diet and put on a few pounds. (At the end of the Fyre experiment I was 180ish with a 21%FB. Right now I weigh in a 185 with 22%FB, but bear in mind this is according to a Tanika scale and probably isn't very precise. In general I consider my actual FB% to be about 5% less than whatever the scale reads: meaning right now I'm probably closer to 16-18% and at the end of the Fyre I was probably 1% better than now).

Here it the Fyre Journal:

Today I have just taken my first pill of Spyce. When I originally took Fyre, I started with 3 pills on the first day and it was a little too much. I'm going to take 2 pills today and probably for the rest of the week. From there I will adjust the dosage.

Another thing, while I was taking Fyre I had very good results. One problem was my level of commitment wasn't 100% and my diet and training could have been better (even still, I lost close to 2lbs a week). I'm going to try very hard this time around to be better about it (which is why I waited till after the Holidays to begin this).

Thanks again to Syntrax for allowing me to test another of your products.

Weight this morning 182, same FB%. Like in my Fyre journal, from here out I'll probably just go w/ weekly updates on the weight/FB% front. I did include today since it dropped 3 lbs (I'm guessing today is closer to "the truth" and that the Holiday break had me retaining h20 or something)

Yesterday I took 3 pills. I honestly didn't notice anything. I also took 3 pills today and I am pleased that the effect has been far more noticable. My appetite has been reduced and I want to say I feel a warmth... almost similiar to Fyre but not as dramatic. The appetite suppression, today at least, has been helpful. No workout this morning, I had a dentist appointment. I am scheduled to lift tomorrow but I also have a morning appointment and will have to shove it to Saturday. I own a treadmill at home and will try and get some low impact walking in tonight (I hate doing anything higher intensity at night... keeps me from sleeping on time).

Weight this morning: 182.5 22FB%. I had two bears on Sunday night and, for some reason, felt compelled to finish the 6-pack last night. I was expecting a bump in weight (waterweight if nothing else) but I'm still stuck at 182, which isn't such a bad thing, I guess.

Cals should come in around 1,900+ today, maybe a couple hundred more depending on how I feel at night.

The Spyce works as far as the appetite suppression but it's differenat than the Fyre. Fyre sometimes made me a bit queezy-ish, which sometimes made it hard to eat at all when my diet was mostly steamed vegetables or slimey chicken breasts. Fyre also seemed maybe to be a bit more sustained, whereas I'm noticing that the Spyce is best to take as the bottle says; 30 mins prior to eating.

Up to 4/day atm.

Weight is around 179 this morning, 21FB%. I feel like I've been neglecting this journal. Spyce is a good appetite suppressant but I'm not sure if I'm getting anything much else beyond that. While this probably stacks well with Fyre, Fyre is superior. I knew that going into this, though, and thus far Spyce has met expecatations quite well. Weight is dropping 1-2lbs a week and with little or no LBM loss.
